Who we are
This website is operated by Wonder Transportation ("Wonder," "we," "us"). For privacy questions about this site or introduction requests submitted through it, contact concierge@wondertransportation.com.
What we collect
- Introduction requests. If you use the private introduction form, we collect the information you submit: the name of the member introducing you, your name, your email address, and any optional message you choose to provide.
- Technical data. Like most sites, our hosting and infrastructure may automatically log data such as IP address, browser type, general device information, timestamps, and pages requested. We use this for security, debugging, and reliability. The contents of an introduction request are not written to those logs.
How we use information
- To review and verify introduction requests and to operate the private desk.
- To respond when we choose to reply (we may not respond to every submission).
- To protect the site, our members, and our operations from fraud, abuse, or misuse.
- To comply with law when we believe in good faith we must.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use this site for advertising personalization.
Retention
We retain introduction submissions and related logs only as long as needed for verification, operations, legal obligations, or dispute resolution, unless a longer period is required by law. Exact retention periods may depend on how the request is handled.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site is designed to be minimal. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used by our hosting provider or framework as needed for basic functionality and security.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help us host or operate the site (for example, infrastructure vendors and the email delivery service that carries introduction requests to our desk), under obligations to use it only for those services. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to processing. To make a request, email concierge@wondertransportation.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do.

By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may change these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Nature of the site
Wonder provides private ground transportation services to a closed roster. Access to services is extended by introduction and verification. Nothing on this site is an offer to the general public, a guarantee of availability, or a commitment to respond to any inquiry.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, interfere with operation, or use the site in violation of law. We may suspend or block access at our discretion.
Intellectual property
Content on this site (text, design, branding) is owned by Wonder or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse it without permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonder and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for claims relating to the site will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us for use of the site in the twelve months before the claim (which will typically be zero for visitors).
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the site, except where prohibited by law.
