A finite roster
The roster stays small on purpose so principals never feel like a ticket in a queue.
A named introduction
A current member introduces you by name. We verify before vehicles, schedules, or pricing are discussed.
A single thread
Ground programs run from one desk. Partner lodging, when you request it, stays on that same thread, not a separate booking line.

After your introduction lands
We read requests in order. If your sponsor is named clearly and matches our records, concierge acknowledges receipt and begins verification. If the name does not resolve, we do not improvise: the request is closed quietly with no automated follow up.
We do not negotiate vehicle rates or partner lodging terms over email. Early conversation confirms fit, calendar pressure, and how you want the desk to communicate. Financial detail waits until both sides agree there is a real engagement.
Silence is sometimes the answer. If you arrived without an introduction, or verification cannot complete, you may not hear back. That protects member time. It is intentional.

How engagement feels once you are inside
- Chauffeurs, not drivers
- Career professionals trained in defensive handling, etiquette, and attentive service. The same team our members request by name.
- One thread
- Airside greetings, motor arrivals, timing, and handoffs are orchestrated by the same desk so nothing is lost between vendors. You remain in the principal seat. We handle the rest quietly.
- Scale, or a light footprint
- Households, entourage, gear, and multi-stop programs, or solos and days when visibility should stay minimal. Crew and staging follow what you brief the desk, not a category picked from a public menu.
- Partner stays when you ask
- We are not a hotel. When you want lodging, we arrange exceptional stays through partner properties we trust. Your name moves through private channels, not a public booking path.
How access works
Introduction first. Everything else follows, quietly.
A current member introduces you, in person or by sending you to this private desk.
We verify the introduction. Chauffeured movement, calendar, and terms are discussed only after that step. Partner stays are scoped when you ask us to arrange them.
Once aligned, the same desk carries your transportation program. Partner lodging, if part of your brief, stays in that thread with vehicles and operational detail.
